I would imagine that few people like small talk, read long contracts, like standing in lines, or like meetings. However, I think that the extent to which entrepreneurs hate these things is far beyond that of non-entrepreneurs.
A personal example was at the last company I worked at the HR lady held a couple meetings per year regarding benefits changes and the like. Nobody really liked these meetings, so they were increasingly skipped until the HR lady fought back and declared the meetings were MANDATORY TO ATTEND.
This directive separated the entrepreneurs from the non. I would have sooner been fired (or stood in front of a firing squad) than gone to one of those asinine meetings explaining topics that I knew would be present in my health insurance book they’d eventually mail me. But 95% of the company heeded the warning and attended the meeting.
A normal person would nod at most of these. An entrepreneur would nod vigorously.
